Tennis has always been my sport. Core memories sitting on the floor in my parent’s room watching the peak years of Sampras and the rise of Federer at the All England Club.
This year I felt like making something to commemorate the championships at Wimbledon. A little eBay shopping and I found this crispy 90s windbreaker with classic shades of Wimbledon green, purple and white. Championship logo embroidered above the chest pocket, custom zipper pull and stitched All England Club label were details too good to pass up.
I sliced and diced the jacket into a clean driver cover featuring the embroidered logo and chest pocket. The custom zipper needed to be used so I put together a zipper valuables pouch with a soft wool interior. The two items will be sold as a matching set.
